From Lorna Jones, Female 71 yrs. I am very pleased with my two visits to see Lucy Pincombe on the 27th and 31st May 2025 at the Cullompton branch of Osteo & Physio for Pilates sessions. Lucy was very helpful in determining my needs. I have had many falls in the past and have muscle weakness in my glutes, legs and back. She carefully explains and demonstrates the exercises and positions for maximum effect. She is very friendly, polite and patient. My short term memory is not that wonderful and I also have slight hearing problems. My muscles were a bit sore afterwards but this is a very good sign and to be expected. I already feel a bit stronger and am more aware of my balance and movements. I’ve had one short session of half an hour and a longer session of one whole hour. I’m really looking forward to my next sessions with her and also looking forward to making good progress during the coming weeks and months. She helps me feel confident and is good at encouraging and giving praise for my efforts and determination. I will add that I have had Osteo sessions also at the above branch, which has really helped things to get back into their rightful places after accidents and falls starting back in 2019. This has brought me to a place where I can now do the Pilates exercises regularly in order to get my core and other muscles as strong as possible. Many thanks Lucy and the Cullompton team.
