Kieran Woolf obviously knew his job very well. He started by being ultra cautions and then when he had eliminated various options of injury, came to a certain conclusion and treated appropriately. I limped in at the beginning of the appointment dragging my leg without being able to bend my left knee but walked out with a very slight impediment after the first session.I was given exercises to do and my husband was shown how to massage the swelling away.I have improved each day even though I have really had to work the joint as it happened half way through moving into a new house!
