I had suffered with chronic lower back pain for many years and had various types of therapeutic treatment, but the only therapy that has really made a difference is osteopathy. I have been having regular osteopathy sessions with Ben Verling at both the Tiverton and Wellington clinic for some years now and I cannot recommend Ben too highly - he’s excellent! More recently, Ben has been treating me for a shoulder problem too, and suggested some helpful resistance band exercises. Am so grateful to be pain free!
