I visited Radhika Madahar at Osteo and Physio Staines for a few sessions due to painful jaw/neck muscles. She provides a great service, is very professional, with a soothing and calm nature. Whilst I was there, she advised that I had a tight mid back area which was also contributing to my neck issues - she did some great manipulations and I'm feeling less tight and have more movement in my back and neck!
