Return option disappeared after 50 days, 60 days after receiving the package is stated multiple times on the homepage. The bot from the help center claimed to forward my problem but nothing happened after three days. Have to take legal actions unfortunately. I hope i will receive an answer at least here so we can resolve the problem.EDIT: I received a response and could send everything back. However, for now I received not the whole money back. Still waiting, will change the rating, if everything resolves.
