I ordered an LK Bennett shirt from Otrium. It took a while to get here (it was Christmas so that was understandable) but I then had an email from Otrium saying it had been delivered but it hadn't. I then spent ages tracking the package down and it turned out it hadn't been delivered which was confusing. I sent an enquiry via their help page. No reply. They say their customer services is open 2pm-4pm so tried every day but no luck - apparently no one available. So the package arrived today but the product isn't of the quality I expected so I am trying to send it back. But guess what? The returns system isn't working. I have tried many times but no luck.... so, I could do a paper return but that says I need to attach the DHL returns form to the original packing but there is NO DHL label in the package so.... I now have no idea how to return this package.... unbelievableHERE IS AN UPDATE as I don't seem to be able to reply to their message on this Forum - not it hasn't worked out. I cannot return the item and so I want to get my money back. If you do not make that an option ie to return my item - I will go to the Small Claims Court
