Otrium initially seemed like a great deal - reputable brands, wide selection of pieces and incredible prices.Unfortunately, it was too good to be true. The order process went smoothly and the order has supposedly been dispatched… two weeks ago.I’ve contacted Otrium ‘customer services’ (a chatbot, non-existent live chat and an email address that doesn’t seem to reply), but have received absolutely zero response.Yet they do seem available to respond to negative reviews, when grievances are made public.I’ve been patient, but after two weeks of no delivery updates, refund offer or even an idea if my order is still in fact coming - I’ve had to resort to a chargeback.Avoid, if something seems to good to be true - it usually is.
