I placed a large order which was supposed to be delivered on 2 September but was delivered to the wrong address. Since then, I called Otrium multiple times (no response on the phone), submitted three forms via the website, sent multiple emails and the matter is still not solved. I only received two responses via email with over 3 days delay each from my original messages and the matter is still not solved. Is there a way to have Otrium respond and solve this at last???
