Not the worst but not the best either

I've ordered a dress and after paying for it they've informed me that is no longer on stock. I still haven't received a refund for it and it's impossible to contact them, customer service is non-existentLE: Took a bit of time but I managed to discuss with them and in the end they gave me a refund.
