Could someone from Otrium PLEASE issue my refund for the item I returned? It's VERY BAD business practice these days, with the countless number of online discount sites, to have a non-woking customer service number, emails that go unanswered, and chats that don't work! Customers should be kept at ease when ordering and returning items with emails/texts/calls that notice of your return has been reived, date the item is received and at approximately what date a refund can be expected. My credit card was charged straight away after my purchase on Otrium. Why then is it radio silence when items are returned? I fear I may never get my money back! Online order made September 18, 2023 (credit card charged immediately!!!)Order received and returned using FedEx return label. With tracking, it was confirmed that the item was delivered back to the warehouse in Ohio I assume on October 6, 2023.NO WORD FROM OTRIUM confirming receipt, processing, and approximate timing of refund.Shame on you for having such horrendous business practices when there is so much software available to help with your customer interface!I will NEVER order from Otrium ever again!
