I placed an order last week. It was accepted and payment was made. A few days later, I was notified that my order was cancelled and that a refund would be made within a few days. A refund was made, but in a lesser amount than was charged. I was given a coupon code for a reduction on my next purchase. I placed another order, with the coupon code, but I noticed right away that it was not applied, so I tried to cancel the order one minute later. I discovered that I needed to call. I tried four different 'customer service' numbers, none of which would answer. I wrote to the company about the attempt to cancel the order. Their response was that it had already been packed (even though I notified them of the cancellation one minute after the order had been placed). How could that be? I questioned again and was told that I will receive the order and that I will have to pay to return it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY !!!
