Wearing Ottai has given me control of my diabetes and is a game changer for me. I have a better understanding of what food increases my blood sugars and the impact of my medication. I did think ignorance was bliss but realise now ignorance is dangerous. Ottai keeps me engaged in managing my diabetes.The device is cheaper than others but I find it to be accurate and the app and its features are great.I would highly recommend it and my sister is now using it.Would be good if the devices were in Australia so shipping was quicker but five stars from me.
