I am currently waiting 13+ weeks for a response to a claim. This claim needs authorization so that a surgery can take place. I have been following up with Ottonova every week, and they tell me they will escalate it internally. Still, nothing happens.My experience with Ottonova, when everything works correctly, is fantastic. I have otherwise been a happy customer for several years. It's a great digital product that makes navigating the German healthcare system a breeze. That said, given their current backlog and lack of resources, I don't currently have a lot of faith in the company. It's a pity to have to escalate via formal complaints to warn others about the services.
