They don't respond to request quickly. For an employer certificate, it took them weeks and still no response.In addition, the invoices are not reimbursed for 2 months sometimes after the payment is due.Since years they respond to the review with the same sentence: "This is not the level of service we aim to provide. We’re continuously reviewing and improving our internal processes to ensure faster response times and smoother reimbursements in the future" and no improvement seen for years.
