I was very dissapointed. I felt like I was lured by the modern and informal approach only to be dissapointed with a discriminating, outdated, unprofessional, and dehumanising experience when doing the « medical check review ». They asked me if I had any kind of psychological or psychosomatic treatment in the past 10 years and I admitted to having had a few sessions with a therapist due to a hard time in my life a few years ago. Immediately they stopped and said they cannot ensure me. I asked why and they kept repeating « we cannot cover that » as if I am an object, not a human being. What kind of business, today in 2021 descriminates againts people doing therapy as a prevention and to deal with life stress? When anxiety, depression which comes when this is not done in time is a full epidemic nowadays?!! Pure stupidity and honestly left me with a very bad idea of the company.Note after Ottonova’s reply: another copy-paste « response », clearly without even having read the complaint and the answer not addressing any of the questions raised. No comments…
