Though I’m not fully signed up yet with Ottonova, I must say I’m very satisfied with the service rendered. Especially when it comes to insurances, customer service is a key factor that makes or breaks brand loyalty. Despite the small challenges faced (and thrown at them) while the onboarding process, I’m happy that the customer service rendered has been thorough and responsive. What I truly appreciate is how reliable they were in ensuring that they (kudos to Nadine!) see to and through the matter until it gets resolved. Also really appreciate that they provided me with timely required feedback. This is a great example about how companies should demonstrate and build customers’ trust.
