The candles were okay the packing was awful. The customer service is awful, it is very much once we have your money in our account get lost kind of company.I placed an order but realised I needed to add to the order so I couldn’t find a way to cancel the first one so I immediately emailed them to let them know and ask for the first order to be cancelled and that I placed a second one as I need things in time for Eid and don’t want to double up on postage costs. They didn’t respond sent the two orders out and still didn’t respond after I contacted them a second time and then when the parcels arrived they responded with a blunt we have not received a cancellation order and if you want to return you can so long as nothing has been opened. They responded to the same email chain where I requested the cancellation in the first place and they take a few days to respond and never respond with any help. I would say the candles are nice but other places have nice candles probably way better more professional packaging and probably better customer service.
