Well I was absolutely in love with a few scents and even made a new purchase to try an additional scent. I bought some mini ones as a gift for a niece of mine as well cus she liked the vanilla. Unfortunately my order was supposedly "delivered", to which I have no knowledge of. The online signature is a fake little circle, not my signature! When I raised this with customer care they have suggested that I have done this before and that I need to raise it with Royal Mail. First of all, how rude and pathetic can you be to say that to a repeat customer? Don't be a moron! Secondly, get your information right, the sender has to ask royal mail to investigate it, so they won't do anything from my side of the query as a recipient. Get off your lazy back sides and investigate it properly "Erik" from customer care.... or who ever you are....I didn't spend almost £200 to be so disgustingly accused. Shame on you Oud Attar, if you can't deliver parcels properly after taking my payment in full, then perhaps you should be using a more trustworthy postal service.You have to be a very special kind of unethical rude moronic advisor to suggest such a absurd cheap thing. You might sell nice products but if your service is so crap then you will lose customers!!!I'd rather fly out to Dubai and buy more Oud than be accused of such crap!You can't keep my payment and my products, so make up your mind and behave like an actual professional company. ***************************Update, I've had a better response from the manager who did resolve my missing items, but it was a frustrating process. Stars for his treatment would still be on the lower side of 1or 2 as I found it quite insulting to be mistreated, but the scents and quality itself are lush so I will balance the stars accordingly....
