I sent back an unopened, unused order and it's been a NIGHTMARE trying to get a refund. They ignore emails, say they've refunded, only to say they'll do it WEEKS later. Avoid this company like the plague! Awful business practice if you need assistance or money back on returns! They've since blocked me on social media too!
