I’ve been a long time customer since 2023. I’ve purchased oud as a gift with no issues in the past. However, in my recent purchase, I contacted the team for a refund (to which they agreed). I’ve paid for postage and sent the items back but I’ve gotten no update about that package since. I’ve tried to reach out but no one’s given me a helpful response.
