Last year I ordered the samples and really fell in love with the rose oud roller. So I wanted to get the bigger bottle but it never arrived (shipped to Germany). First I was able to track the package but after I contacted oud attar, somehow I wasn’t able to track it anymore. Then I contacted my local post office but they couldn’t find the package. So I reclaimed it via PayPal and now I’ll get my money back. I’m very upset tho because I really wanted the fragrance and the customer service wasn’t helping me at all.
