I’ve bought several times from them and never had issues not delays or anything like that, I can understand when people get frustrated on the refund process but at the same time it’s not like you’re shopping in a fragrance shop where you can smell and test anything and then decide what to buy. My personal experience so far was spotless and I enjoy every oil and elixir I got from them, they are indeed amazing and I will keep buying for the future, I can say it has become an addiction 😀 but all in a good sense, at the end of the day who doesn’t like to wear a nice fragrance!
