Booked a ticket but accidentally for the wrong day, the day before. Contacted them instantly, explained the situation and that just wanted to swap the ticket for the following day. The tickets were the same price. Ouigo refused and said I’d have to buy a new ticket and there would be no refund. Terrible customer service considering I contacted within seconds of the booking, there was zero price difference, and it was a clear mistake.
