Do not go with Branch. I’m almost 50 and I’ve never seen anything like it. I had to remove them as my home and vehicle insurance company. I never imagined a claim could go so wrong, insurance service could be SO bad! They are trying a new insurance model- subcontracting out the work- the claim, the loss- all subcontracted out. To say that this company was impossible and hostile, is an understatement.And in the middle of it all, they had a bad business process that CANCELED my insurance policy by mistake! It’s been a nightmare!As soon as I changed companies, I feel like I could breathe again. And I saved almost $150/ month with better coverage by changing! Good riddance!
