Beyond furious with this company. I arrived 20 minutes before departure time waiting for an Ourbus....5 minutes before departure I began asking unsigned vehicles if they were Ourbus...no one said they were. Departure time i contact Customer service, they say the driver was running late....as I'm talking to them. They say the driver left. I ask about signage later to find out they were using a completely different company's bus...I saw the bus but it had a completely different company on it. How is a customer supposed to know this? Any sign at all would have helped. Are we supposed to ask every driver if they are ours? Thank God I was able to book a Peter Pan. They did offer a later bus but I had a time sensitive engagement. To add insult to injury, Customer service said they couldn't offer a refund per their MISSED BUS POLICY. Never again. How was one to know a large black charter bus that said Triple K was an Ourbus?????? Please make that make sense. First and Last time.
