We had a great experience adopting through O.U.R. From the start, they were knowledgeable, caring, and really took the time to vet us properly. They kept us updated on Clifford’s progress right up until he was able to come home, which we really appreciated.The transport that brought him to us was well equipped, clean and he arrived relatively chipper considering how long the journey was. The people who transport the dogs clearly care about them too and the handover was really easy and positive. Clifford arrived fully vaccinated and it’s clear he’s been well looked after even in a shelter environment. We’ve only had him since Friday, but it’s already amazing to see how well he’s settling into home life after such a tough start and three years of waiting for his forever people. We’re so happy we found O.U.R. and adopted Clifford. We couldn’t have asked for a better best friend!
