Instagram ads got me- and I ended up convincing myself that I needed a full set of sticky boards for my fridge to get organised (and manage my undiagnosed ADHD). So I spent 105€ for what are essentially a few piece of plastic 😮💨 Overpriced, yes, but I hoped it would be worth it.A few days later I did some more research into their other products, the green books, and then I very much wanted to try that too. That was another 100€.I received both orders with a few weeks and tested them out. Indeed the green book was more useful for me than the sticky boards, which I will probably forget to look at and use.So I wanted to send back any products that I didn't need.... which I did. Only to find out that it cost me 19€ out of pocket to return three things. And on top of already overpriced products... that kind of just adds insult to injury.I really like the products, don't get me wrong, but I cannot fully recommend this company. The pricing and website (with so many add-on options) really just feels like a money grab. 35€ for a plastic board/family planner? Paying for individual pages in a notebook? Great business idea, not so great for the customers. Not paying for return shipping is also just bad practice in this day and age. Thank you for making sustainable products but please do better to make these items affordable and accessible to all.
