Update: After my negative review I received the refund.Original: I never received the package. It got damaged in the way and never delivered. Right now I have no information about its location. According to DHL, due to contractual agreements with the sender, I as the recipient am not permitted to initiate an investigation for this shipment. DHL has explicitly instructed that the matter must be handled directly by the sender’s customer service in order to reach a resolution. However there is no response regarding my request for a refund.
