This is a terrible company focused solely on extracting money from customers. Even though I couldn't use the service and received no help, they charged me multiple times. I've called and emailed without receiving any responses. The worst part is that I couldn't access the service. I'm now seeking a refund and have joined another service that better meets my needs. Avoid this company at all costs; there are plenty of other options that treat customers well.
