This is without a doubt one of the dodgiest companies of all time.I did sign up for the six month plan. I am not sure any of the people you see on there actually exist.I need to change my payment card. I cant even do that.I have asked for a full refund and cancellation of the remainder of my subscription or that they allow me to change my payment card.They have totally ignored my request.I will now have to waste time contacting my bank to sort this mess out.This company will absolutely not listen to anything you say to them.I have had to change my payment method and they will not accept this. I have offered to pay the remainder in full and they will not listenI have told them that my current payment method will not work anymore and they will not listen.I simply cant get through to them.When they try and take my next payment they wont be able to. I must have told them this 10 times in the last day and still they wont respond or acknowledge itWhat is wrong with this company?Whatever you do, do not give them your bank details.
