Stay away from this site as far as you can. The customer service is a joke, never responding to your complaint. They just send another prefabricated text, asking the same question over and over again. Telling they escalate the case to a higher level. I read this at least 4 times. Nothing done. For days, they couldn't find my account at all after I was locket out of my account, even I've sent them 3 times their own subscription confirmation email. Then they came up, they can't find the login information for my new account. I told them I had only 1 account, I used and paid for.Someone hacked my account, removed all my information, and put 2 pictures of him up. I'm female. After I could log in again, after more then a week I uploaded my 4 pictures again. After they approved 2 pictures, they blocked the account again. When I complaint they sent my a link to their Privacy Policy. Of course my response is still unanswered after 2 days. It's absolute scary when someone hacks your account, and the company doesn't care about. BTW I had 8 contacts within 4 weeks and all where fake. I have a checklist now how to find out step by step if they are fake. One sends me a picture of a faked driver's license to prove his ID. Another told me his company name and send me a website link, where he is partner. Calling the owner of the company, he never heard his name and has no partner in his company. His company name didn't exist in the State Records. They never send you a selfie when you are on the phone or texting with them. Because it doesn't match the stolen picture from the internet.As OurTime don't respond I don't know what's happen with my account and which criminal is using it. For several days I receive from OurTime.com .... @gmail.com different names on the accounts a payment confirmation for $576.00. I have forwarded it to OurTime with no response.My last email sent to customer-care was on Thu 8/22/2024 11:36 AM about my blocked account. No answer and today is 08.27.2024
