I joined Ourtime as my first internet dating experience.I decided to pay just for a week as wanted to see if it was for me. It cost £24.99 then I somehow paid 5.99 extra , not sure what for. I started one evening.Anyway, straight away I was getting likes, and messages so very positive Next morning I went to log in and couldn’t, I tried everything but no go so I emailed customer service. No reply so around 6 hours later I tried again. Both times I had an autoreply with different reference. I gave up and tried following day. I had an automated reply saying check spam etc .Day 3 I got in touch with PayPal and started a dispute. Day 4 I got an email saying sorry your account was accidentally deleted, so please continue to log inDay 5 log in , now I can’t get messages etc because I need to pay £19.99 for thisI emailed againNext I get an email from Ourtime saying I didn’t have an account. Then an email from Match.com saying I had two accounts and it wasn’t allowed!I kept emailing who knows who , but as I forwarded all this to PayPal they refunded the £25.99 ( I didn’t bother with the £5.99 as was exhausted!!Worst experience ever. I wish I would’ve looked at reviews first .
