I signed up for just a week to test the waters. I gave more than 48 hours notice of my intention to leave (required even if you only sign up for a set period!) but they still took the money for the second week. Dogged determination plus numerous phone calls to my bank and emails to Ourtime (who only ever return with a generic reply telling you how to cancel your subscription) and I eventually got a refund. The site is aimed at more mature people who, like myself, are likely to be less tech savvy. Easy prey!!!
