I joined OurTime in Feb 2025 and have had more issues than I care to admit. I was a previous member back in 2023 and it worked fine. I rejoined back in Feb 2025 and the website is garbage to be honest. I have been in contact with customer service several times which quite frankly is a joke. The system will not let me log in w/o verification and customer service stated there wasn't a telephone number associated with the account but I could not bypass the verification process which required a telephone number!. All of a sudden I was able to open the program by skipping the verification process with a skip button which was on my laptop but not on my mobile app. I accessed the site several times which worked fine on my laptop until I upgraded my account to utilize the full program and receive messages.. I had to upgrade my account to get any real messages, the cost was $108.00 and now I once again cannot get past the verification process on both my laptop or mobile and the skip button is no longer available on the laptop. I once again contacted customer service and have yet to get a response. Oh by the way another cs rep told me there was a phone # associated with the old account however that number was no longer in service. I asked them to change the number and didn't advise how to change the number or do it for me. The communication just stopped. Oh by the was those free message, don't count on them going through or being received. Why is there not a customer service telephone #.
