I paid a six month subscription and after only two months of usage my account was deleted “to protect my information”. I was given the option to appeal which I did but no response came. There is no phone number to call. The emails are left unanswered. I can’t believe that a large company like Match.com, which owns OurTime, can operate a business like this and get away with it. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Stay away from this site!!
