This company is the worst I have ever encountered! They take days to respond to inquiries and their replies can be quite condescending, filled with jargon that was already understood. After being a customer for a year, I am appalled. I was left without my paid prescription due to their failure to remind me of a weight check, which I believe was overdue by a week. It's up to you to remember this every six months, as everything in the app appears current! They showed no willingness to help, just a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. Thank you for nothing. And please don't respond to this review with more jargon; it's clear you just don't care!
