The service has been extremely disappointing! They take days to respond to inquiries and their replies can be quite patronizing, filled with jargon that was already understood. After a year as a customer, I am shocked. I was essentially left without my paid prescription due to their failure to remind me of a weight check, which I believe was overdue by a week. It's your responsibility to keep track of this every six months, as everything on the app appears current! They showed no willingness to be kind or helpful, just a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. Thank you for nothing. And please refrain from responding to this review with more jargon; it's clear that you simply don't care!
