I accidentally bought 2 of the same product and when I emailed to ask about my options, I heard nothing back. A couple weeks later and I still haven't heard back so I emailed again. I still have heard nothing. I only tried the salve and the product didn't even work well for me. Didn't warm or relieve any of my pain. The price is nice but not worth it.
