Ordered a hat from the company (order #296344), a wool Roswell model size M. The size chart said a medium was size 7 1/8, but hat received (with M tag) was at least a size 8, well over an inch too large. Return process was difficult, requiring a return slip print and a trip to USPS (even though it was delivered via UPS). Every step of return process was cumbersome. Based on this experience, I recommend you buy from a different company, no matter what your're buying (hat, clothing, accessories, etc).
