First and last time customer due to an antiquated return policy. 1. You have to call Customer Service for an approval to return the item. Their call center hours are poor. 2. Although item was shipped in a bag, I was instructed to return it in a box. 3. The best- 20% restocking fee.I can’t even remember the last time I heard about that policy. Circa 2000? Who runs this company?
