After doing so, I received a notification that the invoice was processed for payment, which was fortunately declined due to security concerns. The PayPal account holder appears to be based in Nairobi, Kenya. Proceed with caution! They may be genuine, but there are multiple red flags. I've reported the situation to PayPal. I'm not making accusations, but there's a strong suspicion this could be a scam. I hope this information is helpful.
