I had issue with my keyboard not connecting. I thought it might have to do with some of the driver updates so I paid to join Outbyte to assist with my issue. Daniel came to the rescue and provide above-and-beyond service, spending over an hour solving my problem. He was patient, and thoughtful and went to great lengths to not only fix my issue, but provide other helpful guidance as well.
