After Microsoft did updates on my computer yesterday, it knocked out my ability to use any keyboards on my PC. I tried for over 6 hours to resolve the issue. I called your tech support and spoke with David. After remoting into my system, within less than 10 minutes he had my issue resolved. He was extremely helpful and great to work with.
