I seldom leave reviews, but my recent experience has been very disappointing. I placed a significant order that was marked as delivered, but I never received it. The delivery confirmation shows it was left in a communal area, not at my address. Despite providing details, the company took no responsibility and offered a generic response that ignored the main issue: I never received my parcel. It’s concerning that a high-value order wasn’t sent with secure delivery, and I wasn't given that option at checkout. I feel let down at every step, and I urge others to think twice before ordering.
