I have been buying dog things from Outdoor Dog Supply for quite a few years. I have always been impressed by their quick service and reasonable prices. Today I called and talked with a customer service representative about the hunter orange collar I had ordered last week, with a personalized brass nameplate. It came, and is exactly what I wanted, but I measured my Susie’s neck incorrectly and the collar is a bit too small.I could sense the smile on the on the person’s face when she cheerfully advised me that the $3.84 ‘returns/exchanges’ fee I had paid would buy me a remake of the collar, in the larger size. The nameplates ODS uses are embossed with lettering in a readable font, and should last a lifetime. I am very happy!
