I ordered an item but received it in the wrong color. After contacting customer support and explaining the issue, they requested pictures. I sent them, but they continued to ask for more detail. It's frustrating when the mistake is so obvious. There were numerous emails exchanged, but no resolution was reached. Extremely frustrating.
