I got a wrong shipment twice in a row and had to wait for an entire restock shipment to finally get something I wanted.However, costumer service was great. They stayed with me through it all and monitored my case diligently.The product itself is great, too! I've had one ring from Outlaws for a couple of years now and gotten lots of compliments.
