I am a repeat customer of Outlaws Amsterdam, and think the products I have purchased are good quality.However, my latest order has left me very unimpressed. Like other reviewers, I am experiencing a very frustrating time with delivery.Outlaws insist on using Yodel, who appear to have lost my order. It was due for delivery 4 days ago from today's date, and despite reaching out to both Yodel and Outlaws, neither seem willing to help me. Yodel keep telling me to wait for 24 hours while they resolve the issue, only to tell me the same thing 24 hours later, and Outlaws essentially aren't interested and tell me to speak to Yodel. I ordered these items for a specific event, which it now seems likely will not arrive for, if at all.It's a shame as I really do like their stuff, but unfortunately I would not order from them again, and would discourage anyone else from doing so.Very disappointed.
