DO NOT BUY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered Ring. Re order #176492. Had parcel stolen by Evri. Kept messaging and explaining the situation to Outlaws and they just kept saying we at looking into it. I explained I needed the refund before Christmas to buy another gift. However NO REFUND. Outlaws keep saying Tracking is saying we have your parcel, however if you read the news this is what thousands of people are being told. Surely the problem is between outlaws and there chosen delivery company. I also informed them about the problems people are having with Evri and it has been on local news, social media and online Police reports. Very disappointed. I'm sure I will get an automated response saying " sorry contact us" but I've done all that already. Very disappointed and certainly will NOT recommend you buy from them.
