Ordered on 25th November. Was told it was dispatched on the 27th. However tracking just says waiting for item.Contacted them 5 times now. Initially they responded saying "give them 24hours to look into it" now they have stopped responding to my last two emails.Absolutely shocking service, I have now asked for a refund, but as they are ignoring me I suspect I'll have to do a charge back through my bank.
